Great location and wonderful apartments—everything was spotless. There’s a washing machine and three bathrooms. Walk a short distance and you’ll find a shop with everything you need, plus there’s a beach nearby. The tides vary, so some days are better than others, but out of seven days we had four excellent beach days. I recommend this place; the value for money is absolutely worth it.

Unfortunately I was unable to join my guests in the property but my guests who did gave a 100/100 and extremely positive reviews. Especially the living space and proximity to the arena.

The apartment was lovely—cozy, fully equipped, and offered a beautiful view. The furniture was comfortable and well-chosen. The team was very helpful, and the host was responsive and easy to communicate with.

Great location for activities around Yas (Yas Mall & the 4 major parks), especially for a family with kids. Spacious & clean apartment with all amenities, with a swimming pool and large play area for kids. Sustainable was a good, friendly & responsive host and made everything easy and enjoyable. Very much recommended for a staycation at Yas for a family with kids. 5 stars!

I had a fantastic stay. The place was exactly as described—spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The bed was incredibly cozy, and the area was nice and quiet, with some shops and restaurants nearby. The gym was a standout feature, with top-quality equipment. The host was so responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend.

Great apartment in a lovely complex, walkable to Ferrari World and Sea World and minutes in a cab to the water park. Great supermarket on site and really helpful concierge Comfy beds and lovely pillows. Good quiet air con. Great communication from the host
