Great apartment — I really liked the location and the fact that there is free access to the beach. The place is cozy and tastefully decorated. It has everything needed for comfortable living: a washing machine, a refrigerator, and a foldable drying rack. The bed and the sofa are very comfortable. It’s a pity that there are no balconies in this building, but that’s just the layout. Another major downside of these buildings is that mold tends to appear in all apartments. There was mold on the wall in the bedroom and in the bathroom. It seems the developers must have used the wrong materials or something wasn’t done properly during construction.

Property had great view and apartment was very clean. It had every household item which is needed which made our stay more comfortable. Checkin timings are 3pm which is too late, it’s very inconvinient for people coming directly from airports as groups might have kids and senior citizens also there is no place to hangout or keep our luggage

I loved my stay here! The place was so nice, clean, and exactly like the photos. The price is honestly perfect for what you get great value. The location was convenient and everything felt comfortable and well taken care of. I’d definitely stay here again!

Nuestra estancia fue excelente. El apartamento es muy cómodo, limpio y bien equipado, ideal para descansar después de un día lleno de actividades. La ubicación es perfecta: en una zona muy tranquila y segura, a solo 5–10 minutos en coche de los principales parques de Abu Dabi. My stay was absolutely peaceful and comfortable. The location is perfect, close to all the major attractions yet in a calm, pleasant community. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The neighbourhood itself has everything you need. Carrefour, coffee shops, and lovely parks are all within walking distance. I highly recommend this place for anyone planning to stay on Yas Island - it’s convenient, relaxing, and feels just like home!

The place is just 10 minutes away from local attractions like Ferrari World and SeaWorld. The entire community is beautiful—well-maintained, secure, and exceptionally clean, with stunning views. The rooms were comfortable and equipped with all the basic amenities. It truly felt like a home away from home.

The apartment located next to Yas Island parks in a quite neighbourhood. Except Aircraft landing/takeoff sound it's a quite and nicely maintained place. The basic accessories to start the day after landing to new place was provided which makes your life easy if you have forgotten.. kitchen had basic utensils which helped us to cook our food when required. a comfortable, quite and well located place
